Lessons from General Mohammad Buhari's presidential election victory

Irrespective of the fact that GMB's victory is greatly attributable to the electorates clamour for change, there are still a couple of subtle lessons to be learnt from his emergence as the Federal Republic of Nigeria's president elect. These lessons may go a long way in helping to deal with certain disappointments, low morale and times of despair in life

Lesson 1
God's time is the best

Who would have thought that the same electorates that did not consider him re-worthy (I am sure you know what I mean) of the post of the first man in the FRN will be the same ones giving him unfettered support during the just concluded presidential elections. Of course I do agree that the support was not 100percent but clearly the level of support this time was greater than the previous times when he had contested for the post. This is because when God says the time is nigh, easy lies the way. You will recall that GMB did  not even have to do as much as he had done in the past. Supporters arose, fought and campaigned for him. The comments on social media during the certificate and his non appearance for interviews says it all.
