Dana Airline, the troubled airline which made headlines in June 2012 when one of its planes crashed in Lagos killing over 150 people has been named by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria as the best domestic carrier for 2011?????. Yes, you heard that right.
This is a move which families of the victims of that June crash would no doubt find very offensive and insensitive.
FAAN’s regional general manager, Chris Bature, gave reasons why the airline was chosen. He said ithad good customer relations and paid dues promptly.

This club, no doubt is gradually making its way into many towns and cities in Nigeria and with increasing patronage by different sets of people.
Efforts by various governments, especially the Lagos State government to rid towns and cities of these strip clubs have met a brick wall as the operators of such businesses are back with little or no moderation to the usual practice.

The cheater’s dream app....hmmmmmmm

The Cate app, which stands for “Call and Text Eraser”, creates an invisible log of calls and text messages and can hide specific numbers from the contacts list.
The screen will never indicate who has called and at the touch of a button, all private information can be wiped from the phone forever.
Unlike other apps, the Cate icon does not appear on the home screen and if someone walks in while the cheat is reading their illicit texts, a simple shake of the phone will make it all disappear.
For added confidence, the adulterer has to enter a secret code to access the app and all the hidden features it provides.

The crowd was still there when my husband and I got there. We introduced ourselves to the Joint Task Force men on ground. Wale Odunsi: Aluu Killings: Death penalty or nothing

So there are many more mad people in this country than I thought? So the outlaws in prisons are just a small fraction of those lurking around? So an alleged theft of laptops and phones (sic) has become adequate justification to dispatch fellow human beings to early grave – even in the most despicable manner? So you and I can stroll into a community with friends and be lynched within minutes?
My God! I know you can hear me. This is a question presumably I ask daily and still I await your answer. Why has a country greatly blessed chosen to be in the news mostly for the wrong reasons? Have you placed a curse on us for not utilizing our good fortunes?
On a daily basis, we hear of heinous crimes; murders, rape of underage kids, kidnappings, looting of public funds, fleece of the people and so on. Curiously, it stops at that.

Author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad Files for Bankruptcy

When you make millions giving financial advice to other people, the last thing anyone expects is for you to go bankrupt.   Robert Kiyosaki, author of the best-selling book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” has filed for bankruptcy.   Kiyosaki made the move after being wiped out by a $24 million dollar lawsuit that he lost to the Learning Annex.
The bankruptcy is not an indicator of Kiyosaki having poor financial health.  Instead, it was a business move.  Companies often file for bankruptcy when they have liabilities that exceed the market value of their assets.   Kiyosaki’s company, Rich Global LLC, has filed for bankruptcy protection to shield itself from the the judgement awarded to the Learning Annex.
